Pecan Pie
Here's another one of those staples you just can't be without. Pecan Pie always looks so elegant when you see it in a bakery.
It's easier to make than you think. Give it a try.
Ingredients
| 1 9" |
pie crust, unbaked |
| 4 Tbsp | butter, softened |
| 3/4 cup | light brown sugar |
| 3 | eggs, beaten |
| 1 cup | light corn syrup |
| 1/8 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1 1/2 cups | pecans, whole |
Custom Search
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, syrup and salt.
Mix well.
Add vanilla and pecans.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until pie is set.
