German Chocolate Cream Pie



This delicious chocolaty recipe doesn't require any baking. You will have to do some melting, but that's not too difficult.

What you end up with is a creamy delight.

Ingredients

4 oz Baker's German Sweet Chocolate
1/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp sugar
3 oz pkg cream cheese
8 oz pkg Cool Whip
1 baked graham cracker crust

In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate with 2 tablespoons of the milk.

Beat sugar into cream cheese and add remaining milk and chocolate mixture.

Beat until smooth.

Fold chocolate mixture into Cool Whip and blend until smooth.

Spoon into graham cracker crust.

Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
