Thin Chocolate Frosting



 

Ingredients

2 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp butter
2 cups confectioners' sugar
4 Tbsp boiling water

This frosting is good for desserts like Shortbread cookies, Boston Cream Pie, or Cream Puffs.

Melt in a double boiler the unsweetened chocolate and butter.

Remove from heat and bled in confectioners' sugar and boiling water.

Beat only until the frosting is smooth.
