Miracle Frosting

Ingredients

1 cup	sugar
1	egg white, unbeaten
1/4 tsp	cream of tartar
1/8 tsp	salt
1/2 cup	water, boiling
1 tsp	vanilla extract

Place sugar, egg, cream of tartar and salt in a small mixing bowl.
Beat until just blended.
Mix at high speed while adding boiling water.

Continue to beat until mixture holds its shape.
Add vanilla.
