Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup | butter |
| 8 oz | cream cheese |
| 1 lb | confectioners' sugar |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
Mix all ingredients together in order.
Cream well.
Tip:To control the thickness of your frosting, mix the confectioners'
sugar in slowly. Stop when you've reached your desired consistency.
Beating for a long time will also make the frosting a little thinner.
