Blender Chocolate Mousse



Did you ever think you'd be able to make Chocolate Mousse? It always looks so elegant and amazing in the restaurant. Well, here is a quick and easy recipe that you can use to impress the family and your friends.

Ingredients

1 cup
semi-sweet chocolate morsels.
2 Tbsp water
2 tsp instant coffee
2 egg
4 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup heavy cream

Combine chocolate, water and coffee in small, heavy saucepan.

Stir over a very low heat until chocolate is melted.

Set aside.

In a blender, whirl eggs, sugar and vanilla for 45 seconds, or until mixture is frothy.

Add heavy cream.

Blend for 10 seconds.

Add chocolate mixture and blend until smooth.

Pour into 4 dessert cups.

Chill until set.
