Peanut Butter Fudge

This is my ideal recipe: Exactly 4 ingredients. Perfect.

As you can see from this recipe, the only complication comes in cooking the ingredients to a certain temperature. If you want to do more candy making, you may want to invest in a candy thermometer

Ingredients

2 cups	sugar
3/4	evaporated milk
1 cup	peanut butter
1 tsp	vanilla extract

Boil sugar and milk without stirring until mixture forms a soft ball (234 degrees) when tested in cold water.
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter and vanilla.

Beat until creamy; immediately pour into buttered 8x8 pan.

Cool; cut into squares
