Just Plain Fudge

As you can see from this recipe, the only complication comes in cooking the ingredients to a certain temperature.

If you want to do more candy making, you may want to invest in a candy thermometer

Ingredients

2 cups	sugar
3/4 cup	milk or cream
4 oz	unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp	vanilla extract
4 Tbsp	peanut butter

Cook sugar, milk and chocolate to soft ball state (234 degrees).
Add vanilla and peanut butter. Beat until creamy.

Pour into buttered 8x8 pan.

Cool and cut into squares.
