Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Yes, here's another coffee cake recipe. Are you allowed to eat coffee cake if you don't drink coffee? Know what? I don't care. I don't drink coffee, but I'm not about to give up coffee cake because of a technicality.

Ingredients
| 1/2 cup | butter |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 2 cups | flour |
| 1 tsp | baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1 cup | sour cream |
| 1 tsp | baking soda |
| Nut Mixture: | |
| 1 1/2 cups | nuts |
| 3/4 cup | sugar |
| 2 Tbsp | cinnamon |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 10-inch tube pan.
In mixer thoroughly beat together butter, sugar, eggs, banilla, flour, baking
powder and salt.
Combine sour cream and baking soda and add to first mixture.
Pour half of the batter into well-greased 10 inch tube pan.
Combine nuts sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle half the mixture over batter.
Add rest of the batter.
Then sprinkle on remaining nut mixture.
Pour into tube pan.
Bake at 350 for approx 35 min.
Makes 1 cake
