Popovers



This is an incredibly easy recipe for light and crusty popovers. And, as an added bonus! It has my ideal number of ingredients for a recipe: FOUR!

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 cups milk
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Grease 2 muffin tins.


Beat together until just smooth, flour, salt, milk and eggs.

Pour the mixture into muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.

Bake 425 for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve immediately.

Makes about 12 rolls.
